I called early in the morning and Marcus was at my house by 10:30am and had my water heater fixed by 11:15am! Marcus was professional and took the time to talk with my hubby on the phone since I couldn't answer all the questions. As stressed as I was, this was a great experience! When I complimented the lady who scheduled my appointment, it turns out it was his wife! From the moment I called to the moment I paid, it was an easy experience! I highly recommend this company! Really pleased with these guys - they answered the phone on the first call, and came right away for a shower leak down into my downstairs ceiling and were extremely helpful with the whole process (which is going to be way more involved because of water damage). On the phone, Crystal was super helpful and explained some different scenarios for the complicated situation. She also recommended a restoration company that was also quick and helpful, and it was nice that they were able to communicate with each other. When she and Marcus came out for the repair, they were friendly and professional, cleaned up, and helped me understand the next steps for the whole process. They went above and beyond, and also explained things thoroughly, which made me feel a lot better, since it’s going to be a long repair process. My new favorite plumbing company!

Zach was outstanding. After five days without use of my kitchen sink and many attempts to clear the clog I was desperate, so I was grateful for Sound Rooter and Plumbing's quick response and that Zach was capable and got the job done.
