I just bought a new home last year, summer time it got hot in our house. I was highly recommended Snohomish Furnace and air by a neighbor, actually multiple neighbors. They came out the same week gave me a reasonable quote better than two other companies who had quoted me for our AC installation. They are the kindest people, and I called once for an issue that was resolved the very next day. Seriously best family owned company with excellent customer service! Would recommend them to anyone.
Matt was friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and gave me several options. Never pushing me to buy more than I need. I have been a customer for 30+ years and have always had a great experience with this company.
