This company bailed me out of after midnight with a bib replacement gone awry. The first fix didn't quite get 100% there and Dan and team were out the following afternoon and sure enough got it to the finish line. A week ago I submitted a description of my plumbing issues on Gibson Plumbing's website and received a prompt call back. We scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later, and the plumber never showed up. I gave them a call after the window had passed and was told that they got called to an emergency service elsewhere - ok, it happens, but a call as soon as they knew they weren't gonna make it on the ferry to our island home would have been way more professional - and they asked me to text them photos of our plumbing issues so they could email me an estimate and set up another appointment. I texted the photos right over. No response. I texted a follow-up asking if they came through. No response. I called the number back. No answer. I left a voicemail. No call back. I called the office number. No answer. Our hold home has a lot of plumbing work to offer, and I tried to make that obvious from the get-go to make the trip to the island worth their time.
