I have had a wonderful experience with Lakewood Roofing. I cannot recommend them enough. Christian, the estimator, spent a lot of time examining the attic and its flaws. He is a very detailed person. I had good communication with him during the whole process. The office also called me, during the process, to see if I had any questions. Communication is important to this company. We had been cleaning our own roof but due to some health complications we hadn't cleaned the roof in 2+ years , add neighboring fir trees we were seeing a heavy moss buildup. We received 4 quotes for roof cleaning. 3 of the companies went onto the roof and gave detailed bids. 2 never responded to our request for more information. Lakewood roofing took the time to explain about our current shingles how they clean a roof and why. It took a couple of roof cleaning treatments to remove the moss that had built up. It looks 100% better and I appreciate that they honored what they said they would do. When I am ready for a new roof and our yearly maintenance I will give them a call again.
