Absolutely professional both in the sales (timely and thorough quote process) and installation. I was able to schedule it quickly and the crew was knowledgeable, polite, and did not cut any corners. The experience was much less painful than I expected it to be, and we are very happy with our new system. We always get great service from Pacific Hear and Cool. The techs are always super professional and very knowledgeable about our system. I always learn something useful and Kaylin was even more helpful in this regard. She also did an extra service(checked heating) when I told her we were bringing my husband home for a health reason and she was very understanding. Again, great service from you all and glad we have the service contract. Thank you!
I cannot say enough about this company. Nobody wants to replace their furnace but Pacific Heating and Cooling makes it so easy. Their prices are competitive, very professional and honest. The install was scheduled promptly, installation day was a breeze and they technicians were very professional.
