I can't say enough good things about Pacific Heating & Cooling! After a disappointing experience with another company for our central air installation (from 2020), we were left with no cool air and no help. When I called Pacific Heating & Cooling, I spoke to Debbie, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was not only helpful and patient, but she also set up a technician visit for the next day. The use of technology in their communication and booking system was impressive. Our technician, Sean, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us. He went through the diagnostic and maintenance checklist with ease and provided helpful insights without any pressure. In no time, he had our AC up and running, exceeding our expectations. Sean even shared valuable tips, showed us some options we can try on our own with our return vent, and recommended a club membership that suited us perfectly. Have been using Pacific Heating for years. Never have any problems when there is an emergency. The service reps are great. Jessie Pippin is an absolutely dedicated worker. Let us know what she was doing every step of the way. Our dog just adored her. If we could, we would ask for Jessie everytime.

We always get great service from Pacific Hear and Cool. The techs are always super professional and very knowledgeable about our system. I always learn something useful and Kaylin was even more helpful in this regard. She also did an extra service(checked heating) when I told her we were bringing my husband home for a health reason and she was very understanding.
