After a disappointing experience with another company for our central air installation (from 2020), we were left with no cool air and no help. When I called Pacific Heating & Cooling, I spoke to Debbie, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was not only helpful and patient, but she also set up a technician visit for the next day. The use of technology in their communication and booking system was impressive. Our technician, Sean, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us. He went through the diagnostic and maintenance checklist with ease and provided helpful insights without any pressure. In no time, he had our AC up and running, exceeding our expectations. Sean even shared valuable tips, showed us some options we can try on our own with our return vent, and recommended a club membership that suited us perfectly.
