A failing water heater at my rental, made me look at Google reviews & ratings. They are located close to my property and could fit me in fit me in 4 days out (2 days + the weekend). The 2 negatives: 1) despite all the info and photos provided it required a physical inspection, 2) unless you travel to their location to pay by check for the 50% deposit expect another 3.5% card fee. However the plumber sent did a terrific install, clean and efficient.
