Five Star Mechanical

Saltwater Church suddenly lost heat in their office building on a Friday. The dispatcher was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Caleb came out within about an hour of our call, diagnosed the problem, and got the system up and running. He gave us the option of replacing the part that had shorted out, or seeing if the system could work adequately without it. We asked him to locate the part and give us a quote. I was sitting at the light at 38th and Alaska this morning about 8:20am. The light turned green and as I start to turn left a Five Star Mechanical van comes speeding through he red light. If your work is anything like your technicians driving I'm sure its pretty substandard. . One day this knucklehead is going to kill someone with your company's name on their van and you won't have a company anymore.

I called this company because they repaired my freezer in the past and I had no issues with that service. The second time was not the same result. After three techs came out on three separate occasions and replaced half the parts, my freezer was still broken. After the second tech, I was told it was working so we replaced our inventory just to lose it all several days later. This was followed up by a sizable bill 2 months later.
