We had one of their sales associates show up and give us a quote and she ended up scratching my 2 week old dining room table with her shingle sample board. She barely apologized with a "my bad" and hurried out of the house. I contacted a manager at Tri Star and send him pictures of said scratches. I never received any compensation or apology. We ended going with another roofing company and are satisfied with the price and work.
