We had scheduled an appointment with them for a repair. The first day after the allotted appointment time slot provided had come and gone, we called to see if they were still coming. They apologized and said they weren't going to make it. So missed work and never received a call from them to let us know. As we are understanding business owners, we decided to make an appointment for the following day. The same exact thing happened. No call from them. We had to call a half hour after the time slot ended and said they were held up again. Missing work for the second day in a row. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Service: A/C system maintenance
Lead Service Tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough with what explaining preventative maintain being preformed as well as findings and explanations of items needing to be addressed. We will certainly use Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning for future services.
Our furnace broke 24 hours before we were leaving (in the winter!) for two weeks. Someone visited within 4 hours to see what could be done. Unfortunately, we had to replace our furnace. Fortunately, their install team was able to come the very next morning! We had to leave for the airport halfway through their job, and they completed the install, set the thermostat, and locked up the garage. Highly recommend. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
