They showed up when they said they would, they were respectful of our property, cleaned up everything when they left, and ensured the whole system worked before leaving. Highly recommend them.

We’re wanted to get AC/heat pump installed and most companies were multiple months out just for the estimate. Product Air was able to come out a few days after our request, we got an estimate the next day, and the job was done 3 weeks later (might have been faster if not for the delay on our side). They were professional, polite, communicated well, did quality work, left our home clean, stayed late to get the job done in only 2 days (as they estimated), and walked us through the job when it was done. This family-owned business is awesome. Eli first came out to service my very aging furnace and A/C unit. He explained what he did clearly. I eventually hired the company to replace my old units with a heat pump system. Robert and his crew came to do the installation and they were efficient, professional, and expertly cleaned up after they were done.
