The Property Doctors have done two major remodels for us and both times have been fantastic! They just finished remodeling our master and guest bathrooms, transforming them from ugly, dated 90's embarrassments to bathrooms that are cool. Melek and his team are great to work with. They listen to what you want and offer suggestions on how it can be achieved or improved while at the same time being up front about cost and timing. They do really good work and always left the house cleaned up at the end of the day. And all the guys were really nice! We'll definitely being calling Melek and the Property Doctors for any future home improvement projects. Melek and his crew with Property Doctors are amazing. Seriously one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They were responsive, on time. Scheduled a consultation right away and walked the the home with me. They had great ideas of what I should do with the spaces. They also recommended an awesome interior designer that we worked together with to make sure the design was perfect. They completed the work fast and everything was perfect. The best quality work. Tile work was perfect, paint was perfect. Not a single thing I could complain about. They did everything quickly, finished, cleaned up and left my home looking spotless and brand new all at a reasonable price. I’m so excited to enjoy our new home! I also have to mention that they assisted in a charity project where they donated an entire week of labor and thousands of dollars of material for a remodel for a Marine Veteran who was living in inhumane conditions. Melek and his team at Property Doctors did an amazing job on my house remodel. From the beginning Melek was very professional and the communication/updates were great. I was out of town for the duration of the projects that Melek was doing so I relied on him for detailed status updates and after receiving a couple of those I knew that I had hired the right contractor. The quality of the work is outstanding and he stayed true to his quote/bid. He had great ideas for different improvements that I could make which was very helpful. I had them remodel/refresh my kitchen and bathroom and also paint the entire interior and refinish my hardwood floors. In addition, they did a TON of smaller jobs to get my house looking amazing. I could not be happier with the work that was done and the overall experience working with Melek/Property Doctors. I will undoubtedly contact Melek again in the future if/when I need.
