I had my yearly maintenance done today. Ben Kibler was great! He was on time, considerate and friendly with me and my sons. He reviewed how my mini split looked after cleaning them and made recommendations. Overall, a great experience! Service: HVAC system maintenance

Our previous furnace broke after 20+ years of operation, and sought Blue Flame’s services for the family home earlier this month for replacing the furnace with a new one. Everyone involved, specifically Zane, Simon, and Rob (and Robert’s coworker, I think his name was Riley if I recall correctly) contributed to a great customer service experience in the process of getting our furnace replaced. From the start, our interactions with Zane, particularly through his friendliness and transparency, definitely show that he truly cares about his customers and is someone who we can definitely trust. During the installation, Robert and the Blue Flame answered all of our questions and were friendly and professional throughout. Especially with working within a somewhat limited amount of space in the garage, where our furnace was located. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have a condo in Seattle. I live in Portland. I contacted them a month ago and set up an appointment for them to meet me to assess the feasibility of putting in a ductless mini-split. They had my address in Seattle. I emailed them on Tuesday to confirm the appointment. They didn't contact me until Thursday. The woman asked me a few questions and then said their person could not come due to a family emergency. She asked if we could schedule for Saturday. I asked if she could reschedule someone else since I made the appointment a month ago. And i was leaving on Sunday. She then contacted me via text saying her manager said no and that they didn't have the necessary equipment. Huh? Puzzling as all I needed was a quote. Then she said they looked at my condo on line and since it was 4 stories, I needed a commercial installer and they don't do those. I would never recommend this place. I was basically lied to twice (famiky emergency and lack of equipment
