If I could leave zero stars I would. I have a condo in Seattle. I live in Portland. I contacted them a month ago and set up an appointment for them to meet me to assess the feasibility of putting in a ductless mini-split. They had my address in Seattle. I emailed them on Tuesday to confirm the appointment. They didn't contact me until Thursday. The woman asked me a few questions and then said their person could not come due to a family emergency. She asked if we could schedule for Saturday. I asked if she could reschedule someone else since I made the appointment a month ago. And i was leaving on Sunday. She then contacted me via text saying her manager said no and that they didn't have the necessary equipment. Huh? Puzzling as all I needed was a quote. Then she said they looked at my condo on line and since it was 4 stories, I needed a commercial installer and they don't do those. I would never recommend this place. I was basically lied to twice (famiky emergency and lack of equipment

I have had issues with them since the installation 14 months ago, they claim they will be “making it right “, so I waiting to see what they offer to correct the past issues. Update on 08-14-23: this company returned with their first visit following up with their promise to correct issues mentioned above. This visit was very pleasant and it appears the technician replaced some original parts fixing one of the issues. If they follow through on their agreement to fix my issues I will be returning and upgrading my rating. Services: A/C system repair, Heating system maintenance

The technicians are lovely and do great work, but the customer service contacts are awful! I was contacted by them (having been a customer for a long time) to schedule my maintenance on my A/C unit. We agreed to have them come the following day. I stayed home so that I would be here for them only to receive a text message about halfway through the 4 hour window saying that it would not work that day. I called and rescheduled. At the time, I was told that they would call me about 30 -45 min before they came. Perfect, right? Nope. This morning when I was returning from my walk, there was the van in my driveway. They had interrupted my husband during a meeting to gain access to the unit. I NEVER got that call (or text). I would be ok with it knowing that everyone is short staffed, however, last winter I had two very cold days when we had some furnace issues that I called them to repair but did not get a returned call for about 5 days! I ended up fixing the issue myself and my husband did
