Update: After getting a second opinion on the unit from another company, they found NOTHING wrong with the unit. Blue Flame was 100% trying to steal $3000 from me when the unit was not even damaged. Original: Spent 20k on an air conditioner. They conned us into their service contract. We paid them for 6 years. They didn't come out to service the unit for 2 years, and claimed because they had called one time and didn't get a return phone call, that is was our fault when the unit went down. They then insisted we owed them 3k to fix the issue even though they had been accepting our money for the entire two years that they had failed to reach out to us. Absurd. Do not use this company. I don't understand how they have such high ratings. They are con men and you should find someone else to do business with.

I purchased my furnace from Blue flame heating & air conditioning a few years ago. The installation went well, their pricing was very competitive and the furnace has performed better than we expected. Naturally I wanted them to come out and do the service. I'm glad I did. The technician explained things, gave me a suggestions, and left me feeling confident I made the right choice going with them for the original purchase and the service. I definitely recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have a condo in Seattle. I live in Portland. I contacted them a month ago and set up an appointment for them to meet me to assess the feasibility of putting in a ductless mini-split. They had my address in Seattle. I emailed them on Tuesday to confirm the appointment. They didn't contact me until Thursday. The woman asked me a few questions and then said their person could not come due to a family emergency. She asked if we could schedule for Saturday. I asked if she could reschedule someone else since I made the appointment a month ago. And i was leaving on Sunday. She then contacted me via text saying her manager said no and that they didn't have the necessary equipment. Huh? Puzzling as all I needed was a quote. Then she said they looked at my condo on line and since it was 4 stories, I needed a commercial installer and they don't do those. I would never recommend this place. I was basically lied to twice (famiky emergency and lack of equipment
