Fischer Heating and Air Conditioning

Mike and Jeremy from Fischer Heating and Air Conditioning installed a mini-split heating/cooling unit in our guest cottage. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Installation of the interior unit was a bit tricky (due to a skylight that pivots 360 degrees and a wall sculpture) but they did a great job! Service: Installation

They skipped every other screw when fastening the furnace together, they did not use the parts specified in the quote, used the wrong screws so I can barely open the filter access, they opened gaps in my trunk line?, were VERY unresponsive with fixing the install. Would not recommend! They are barely cheaper than competitors I would absolutely pay $200-$500 more than them to avoid the BS Service: Heating system repair

The company's price is similar to other companies. The technicians are very kind and professional. However, It took me 2 weeks, 8 phone calls, and talking to 4 different people to tell them that I need a receipt for my payment. Moreover, a person who helped me out in the end was a random technician. He was dumbfounded when a customer service rep transferred my calls to him instead of a bookkeeper. He was kind enough to take my contact and told me he will get things sorted out. Please, Sir or Madam who owns the business, reconsider your customer care process.
