Poor workmanship, extremely high cost , and no value added service. I could not recommend. The thermostat has connection issues and is not calibrated. Installation was sloppy and unprofessional. The electrician is a moron, charging $450 for a wire to the thermostat. He couldn't follow the existing wire and created the necessity to repair the drywall. Transitions from input and output ductwork are off center and it doesn't appear that the exhaust is up to code either. Rainwater can run directly into the furnace without a flue cap. They had good reviews... Did those people not check their work? Update, they did return to address a few issues and calibrate the thermostat. Inspection by the city found that the heater was inoperational. Even though it is summer, you would imagine that they would have at least "tested" to ensure it was operational. Wow! What a great experience with BelRed! Sorrily we've lost some names of the technicians that came to install our new AC. Rodrigo and Cody did the bulk of the install which we are so impressed with. We had a great experience also with electricians Marshalll and Chase at BelRed! All were professional, did great work, cleaned up and explained thoroughly what they did. We are thankful to have found such a reputable local company and their employees!
