We heard a leak in our crawlspace this week and knew we needed to get someone out here ASAP. From the receptionist to the technician, everyone we talked to was super professional and considerate. Nathan showed up right at the beginning of the window we were given, was very personable, and communicated everything very clearly. The price was also fair. We've had a bad experience with a different plumbing company before, so we came into this appointment feeling a bit nervous, but they really put us at ease. Called Gene Johnson for a clogged sink at an apartment complex. It was extremely important this be resolved as soon as possible. I had already called a couple other plumbing companies and getting fast service was an issue. I received a call from Mr. Rene Barajas from GJ that he would be on his way to address this issue. I met him at the site soon after the call, he reviewed the problem, gave me his estimate and began work immediately. Took a little doing, but he got it done meeting our time requirements. We were extremely happy with his service & professionalism. I also got to talk with the lady with their dispatching/call dept. and she was incredibly friendly and helpful too. Service available same day, Mike is very polite and personable, didn't mind keeping me up to date as the work progressed. Provided alternatives and priced them out for me to choose. Very thorough, cleaned up carefully, allowed me to add additional tasks after arrival. Checked up every task before calling the job done. Highly recommend!
