This is my second review on this company and awesome professional (Jesse) who helps our family to keep warm during winter time. This time it was a kind of yearly maintenance call due to lost pressure after serving winter season beautifully. Todays visit, we have the metal pipes and connectors replaced with PEX which would reduce the chance of leaks and loosing pressure. The best part of working with Jesse is that he educate home owners how the system works and how to maintain the heaters properly. It is always a pleasure to get involved in with a very professional professional. This company and Jesse deserve 5 stars! We called Janes Radiant to service our in-floor system (which is about 10 years old) and the technician who helped us (Michelle) did a great job of checking all the components to ensure they are ready for the upcoming winter, and cleaned our air intake which was clogged and could've cause an issue. Plus, she provided some really useful tips on the system we have and how to ensure it stays running (thanks Michelle!). We'll definitely continue using Janes Radiant for all of our radiant heating needs in the future.
