I called over a week ago to schedule having our hot tub reconnected since we got a new one. The gentleman on the phone put me on hold and then came back to give me a quote of $149.00 per hour. Told him exalt what we needed. Then they show up for apt. Not prepared at all, said the work order was not correct whoever I spoke to, had the name right but then the amount act from $149.00 to over $500-600...... when I called the office the guy apologized said he had no idea who I talked to etc...I will NEVER use them and complaint filed. I called them because they are suppose to be the professionals, but not into bait and switch. The guy when he arrived said " are you hoping to getting the hot tub connected today"? I wanted to say NO, I just called to have you look at it lol.... SORRY NOT MY VIEW OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they had no idea who I talked to on the phone..... sad

Had them come out and do some electrical work on a house that we were in the process of selling. They were extremely prompt, they were able to get to it in just a few days. They quoted me originally without even seeing the work and were pretty spot on. The electrician who came out was professional and did a great job, I wish I could remember his name. Anyway great company, would use them again and highly recommend.
