I am very impressed with Black Hills, Inc. I am not someone who likes to hire someone to fix things. I do my own repairs and typically am successful. Our system stopped working last winter and I was able to get the furnace to work. But when it got hot 6 months later, I could not get the heat pump to turn on. I received a $79 coupon in the mail and reluctantly called to have Black Hills come out. The first guy quickly realized it was a more advanced issue and scheduled another tech to come out to diagnose the problem. The next tech realized it was an electrical issue and offered to schedule an electrician to come out to do a diagnostic appointment. The first electrician was a high voltage specialist and was able to trace the issue to a short in the heat pump somewhere. He then scheduled a low voltage specialist who promptly came out 2 hours later and fixed the problem in about an hr and a half. We did our research and stumbled upon Black Hills and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Keith R. and Tyler F. were our electricians and installed 6 ceiling fans for us. They did such a fantastic job! They were courteous and professional. Asked the right questions and provided recommendations on the install since we are new homeowners. With that, they made us feel such at ease. We can’t recommend them enough and look forward to hiring them again for our next job. Thank you Keith and Tyler!!!

Black Hills has been providing excellent services. From a sales person to maintenance persons our experiences have been very positive. Terelle came and provided an annual maintenance/filter change. He was so professional, polite and if I had a choice, I'd given him more than 5 stars.
