I am truly impressed with the service I received from the installers of my new system. They were eager to ensure that all my questions where answered in a way that was easy for me to understand and they were very mindful of helping to ensure the safety of my beloved pets with taking care with the fence opening and closing so much during installation. It had been some time since someone has inspected our heat pump and I wanted to try someone else, so I called Black Hills and they were able to send someone next day. Ryan was very professional and thorough. He found some things that needed attention either now or in the future. I had him replace a capacitor and clean the indoor fan, plus he advised how to correct the condensate drain. I would recommend them. Service: HVAC system maintenance
