Hello. Shawn Gallo came to my house this morning to service my furnace and mini-split and compressor. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He explained as he went along. Being a new home, Andre did an outstanding job explaining HVHC system with me. He was patient with my wife and me, answering many questions. I was a little hesitant on moving forward with any type of air conditioning unit. This group made it very comfortable as well as every one of them were friendly and willing to help step in and answer any questions. I never had the upsell kind of view where The only looked at what was needed and would mention other things but as after thoughts and explain that they may not even be needed. Great group and I would recommend them going forward. We also got our ducts cleaned out after by the group and I would say it was very thorough and professional as well.
