John's Plumbing and Pumps has done several jobs for us, over the last year or so. We've been 100% satisfied with them every time. The first job was in response to a problem we had with the water supply to our house from our well. The pump was running increasingly more frequently to maintain water pressure in the house. I called John's to make an appointment. I explained what was going on, and I told them I didn't think it was a full-blown emergency, but that I did feel it should be looked at soon since it was getting progressively worse. I was hoping they could look at it within a day or two. They were, in fact, here just about two hours later. The plumber (Spencer) diagnosed and was able to correct the problem pretty quickly. Having the check valve and other fittings required to do the job on his truck was a big plus. The bill was actually less than I'd expected it would be, too!
