White Knight Plumbing

I have lived in US for over 20 years and white knight plumbing was by far the best company I ever dealt with. I had first contact with Chris, the owner today at 8:56. They sent Adam at 10:30 as they promised. He showed up and gave me a quote in a second to replace my water heater for over $1000 less than Lowe’s and another company in local area. Adam was thorough and very professional. This was fastest and best service ever!!!! I never leave a review on here and Adam deserves it!! Thanks Adam if you ever see this review. If anyone needs water heater replacement contact white knight!!!!

I'm amazed they came out the day after I called with a leaking water heater. I paid what I expected the job would cost. The plumber was here when he said he would be. There were some difficulties with removal due to old fittings, but they come with a well-outfitted truck, so there weren't any delays for parts runs. I would call them again first for future issues. Update2: their mailbox is full and there seems to be no other way to reach them???? Update1: owner called me and explained their odd electronic difficulties and said he doesn't check his email or social media messages. Not advisable, but I was glad to understand. They came out and did a great job, so increased my rating. We will try them again and hope to have a better experience with coordination. Previous 1* review: We had used white knight plumbing for a previous project and were very impressed with them, so we asked them to give us a quote for our current project. We decided to go with them again, but we've called over 20 times, left numerous messages, emailed, filled out the website question form over the past 3 weeks and no one will return our call. It's so odd and very disappointing from a company with such a wonderful reputation! I've been checking their website in case it's a family emergency or something like that, but we haven't seen any explanation. Service: Garbage disposa
