David's Garage Doors & Repair

I'll keep this short and sweet--FANTASTIC experience. If I had any nit to pick at all, it is that David was ALL BUSINESS. He didn't waste any time chit chatting (and I like chit chatting), but was focused like a laser on what we needed done, and what solution would make us happy. We ended up having a little miniscule minor misunderstanding about just what I thought we agreed on, and David went straight to ironing it out and juggling our needs with what he could provide. In the end, we were extremely satisfied. From the first call, David was out to our house in less than 2 hours to look at the job ahead, and give us a quote. He committed to getting started on the project within two days, and when he and Edwin arrived that morning, they were non-stop working, and had the old door removed, the old rails removed, the new door in, the new door opener in and programmed and tested, all before about noon as I recall. Excellent service! Called Sunday afternoon and was surprised when someone answered the phone. I was expecting to leave a message. Tech arrived at 8:00 AM sharp the next day as promised and surveyed the broken spring. Suggested a couple of ways to do the repair. I had them replace the origin spring and rod as well as in stall a new garage door opener. Very friendly, professional and do quality work. A satisfied customer!

Super crazy fast!! Called for an estimate and they came within 1 hour. I had a 24 year old garage door that was in really poor shape. The hardware was stripped and coming off or broken as well as a broken spring and damaged door panel. So the next day around noon I decided to go for it and they setup an appointment to have it started the very next morning. I had a completely new door and all hardware along with a new garage door opener installed and couldn't be happier. The person doing the install was very nice and professional. A+ job. I would highly recommend them!
