We were able to call and same day have someone out when our A/C stopped working. They have been on time for their estimates (like today), amd are communicative about their areival times. Carlos was able to quickly identify and replace the broken part (starter) and gave recommendations on how to get better efficiency from our a/c condenser. We have been having Total out to do routine checks on our furnace and will continue to do so in the future adding in a/c service as well. Thank you!
