Very friendly lady, who has a wonderful sense of down to earth humor. Had our tub when she said she would, though she was very honest in stating shipping is out of her control! We will be back!

I called and ordered 30x80 interior doors for our home and when I picked them up, there was a sticker on them that said 30x80, which matched what our receipt showed. When I got them home, they were more like 29.5x80, which I did not notice until I had already hung one and saw there was a noticeable gap and the door would not latch. I decided to take the doors back and get the right size elsewhere, but when I got there, the gal at the front desk immediately got upset with me and said that the doors were dirty and she needed to charge me $20 per door (yes, they were dusty, but a wipe down with a rag would have solved the issue so $20 to wipe down a door seems EXTREMELY excessive). She would not return the door that I tried to hang because it had screw holes in it. When I pointed out to to her that the "dirt" on the doors was simply "dust" she said she was going to work with me but now she wont and proceeded to ring up the credit receipt, minus the $20 per door fee and the door that h

Wouldn't recommend, I think whomever they have answering the phones is high honestly. Ask for a part and she responds like she's drunk. At least when I go to home depot and ask if they have a part I'm looking for they know what I'm talking about and where to find it. The only down side is they don't carry them anymore for my trailer. I wouldn't recommend this place even as a last resort. Whoever runs this place needs better service and staff for sure.
