Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

Manny Reyes from Right now heating & cooling was a blessing! When I was first contacted by the scheduler and they told me it would be approximately an hour and half process once the technician arrived, my initial thought was, "whoa, that's a long time. What are they gonna do for that long." Not only was Manny a pleasure to deal with, he took the time to show me everything he was doing, the proper care for my HVAC system, the good and the bad about our current system...all with honesty and integrity. He even saw that we had a broken PVC pipe on the exterior of the HVAC and went to his truck, got his PVC glue and fixed it for me on the spot. He said, "I can't just leave it like that after seeing it. I have to fix it for you!" (note: he was NOT the person who broke the pipe. He just saw it and fixed it for us). I highly recommend this business and hope you get to experience Manny's expertise, professionalism and kindness.

Not impressed. I called over the weekend when my Ac quit. I diagnosed and found a capacitor bad on outside unit for ac. I called here because it said 24hr service. I was hoping to just buy a capacitor and get it running. I was told a technician could come out Monday morning and fix. Technician showed up and I though he would diagnose and fix capacitor. NO. he did a complete evaluation and whatever for an hour before deciding it needed a capacitor that I knew was bad. Long story, but then he hands me a $750 bill. the capacitor is probably an $20 part and a service fee for coming out and fixing is what I was excepting. &200 would have been more reasonable. Anyhow I am not moving forward with a quote for new system with these people and I cannot recommend to anyone.
