We highly recommend Pantoja’s Construction, Inc. for residential roofing. We first met the owner and a salesperson when we asked for their inspection of our 30-year-old roof on our two-story home, which includes two levels of roofing. They inspected the first story roof and noted that we perhaps could wait for two to five years before replacement. However, when they inspected the second story roofing, they found surprising windward shingle damage; these shingles were repaired sometime before we purchased the home. (Other inspectors, including the inspector who reviewed the house before we purchased it, missed this damage.) While the roof did not leak, these “band aid” repairs concerned us. We also received additional bids from other roofing companies. Ultimately, we chose Pantoja’s Construction.
