This company has no respect for their customers time. I made an appointment for them to come out between 8am-10am and at 11:30am the technician was a no call/no show. I had to call and find out that they were running late so I rescheduled for a different day. The second time it happened again. When I called to find out what happened I was informed the technician was running behind, again. When I cancelled the appointment and said I would look for another company the lady on the phone became very short and hostile towards me. They obviously have no respect for their customers or want them to feel valued. Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company and avoid this company in the first place!

We have used South Sound at our apartment community for many years. They are responsive to all our emergency calls including loss of power in a single home versus an entire building or just an outlet. They are honest, helpful and a great value. I can't speak to the other reviewers, but South Sound Electric was courteous and extremely professional. They happened to be in the neighborhood when I called and came over right away. They discovered my electrical issue and it was fixed within 20 minutes. They didn't even charge me for their time! I would absolutely use them again Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
