Fantastic customer Service! Paul the owner is very personable and quick to respond. His company has very fair and competitive pricing. They removed an old gas furnace then moved our service to the garage. They installed a heat pump and furnace as well as moved some ductwork and were complete in two days. The heatwave last year made us realize we desperately needed AC in the house. After comparing 5 different places, we decided to go with innovative air and I'm so glad we did. The owner Paul came and took part of the project himself along with his team. They were the most respectful hardworking people that we've worked with. The job was done professionally and they cleaned up after like they were never here. Months after when we ran into issues with setting the new thermostat, Paul didn't hesitate to make a trip right away to help us resolve the issue. I seriously can't recommend this business enough! I called this company to give my 80 year old mother a second opinion on her furnace repair needs. The first company quoted $25,000 to replace 2 furnaces and 2 AC units. Paul came out and diagnosed the need for a repair to one furnace and servicing both which came to around $1,000. I talked to him about the need to replace it, if it needs to be replaced I am fine with it and he explained he has actually repaired several in my Mom's over 65+ community and has not had to replace one yet. He advised us about potential future needs that was also helpful. Bottom line, he didn't try to upgrade her to an entire new system or join a "club" to pay monthly for possible future repair needs. He was caring and professional to explain the situation to her but also sensitive enough to call me as she can get confused, which I asked him to do when I called initially.
