I have needed their assistance multiple times now and it’s been a great experience. They are helpful and friendly and in a situation where I thought I needed a new water heater, they sorted out the problem without having to replace the water heater. When it’s time to be replaced, I know who I’m calling. I would recommend to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with both Jeremy and Tom on a peculiar request I had about increasing gas pressure in our gas line. Tom spent the most time working with me and I found him not only professional and courteous, but also generous with his time, really making an effort to understand the nature of my request. Ultimately, after a service call to take a gas pressure reading, Tom helped me understand I didn't need to make any changes to our line. While this wasn't a large job, I certainly felt that Tom and Washington Water Heaters are a knowledgeable and customer service-oriented company I'd be happy to work with again.

We had our water heater replaced when we bought our first home. Washington Water Heaters had great customer service and was honest about our best options. The technician was fast, and helped me understand all I needed to know about the heater and some additional tips about the pipes in our home. I was surprised one guy did it all on his own!
