They took care of it quickly and also found out the work could happen under warranty. Tom was very professional, worked around our schedule, and did a great job explaining everything to us. He also followed up with us when we asked about an issue that ended up being unrelated to the A/C work. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the work done and will be using Renton Water Heater Repair in the future. I already have another check-up scheduled for the fall.
