I am very pleased with the advice Renton Water Heater Repair technician gave me. I never met him and only messaged him for a quote. My AC has not been working for 2 weeks now. And weather is hot like heck! Instead of him coming over and charging me a huge bill, he gave us a couple tips for free. My AC now works! I appreciate the honesty and integrity that he has. I don't feel like a customer that was being hustled for money. I will be sure to use this company in the future for when my AC decides to not work anymore altogether.
Our AC went out yesterday and My wife and I were freaking out because we have an infant and it was 113° F out there! Renton Water Heater Repair was amazing! The front office staff was incredibly understanding and, during the busiest season for AC companies and ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, they were able to get someone out to us within 3 hours.
