Happened to notice a leak in my pipe and Mick was over at our neighbors house for a job there. Asked if he could take a quick look and he found a leak quickly. Called him the next day and he came out a couple days later. Job went super quick and did a great job. We had a weird pipe situation and he wasn't 100% sure if the fix would work out so told us to keep an eye on it and call him if it continued to leak, but so far things have been working as expected! I highly recommend Mick and the Companion Plumbing team. I live out of state and had a leak at one of my rental properties that needed immediate attention. Companion Plumbing was on it, providing me a fast diagnosis of the issue and quote for resolution. Mick showed up when he said he would, was easy to communicate with, and very trustworthy. They took care of the billing online and even sent me pictures after the work was finished. If you are looking for a plumbing company that is communicative and reliable, look no further. I can't express how great the experience was with this company. Mick came out and actually went above and beyond! I'm the property manager and I live in the house that he worked on. There were things that I didn't know where wrong with my system, I thought it was just a clogged drain that I somehow couldn't manage to take care of myself. Mind you, I do have a construction background but I'm not a plumber. He explained everything properly and made it easy to understand, showed up when he said he would, was done when he said he would and left no mess whatsoever. He actually told us when he was taking a break and how long he would be......he was really respectful! My wife and I 100% recommend them!
