I can't express how great the experience was with this company. Mick came out and actually went above and beyond! I'm the property manager and I live in the house that he worked on. There were things that I didn't know where wrong with my system, I thought it was just a clogged drain that I somehow couldn't manage to take care of myself. Mind you, I do have a construction background but I'm not a plumber. He explained everything properly and made it easy to understand, showed up when he said he would, was done when he said he would and left no mess whatsoever. He actually told us when he was taking a break and how long he would be......he was really respectful! My wife and I 100% recommend them! They came and fixed years of neglected and improperly "fixed" plumbing in my basement. He designed and installed a sump pump system and utility sink in place of some very questionable previous work. My washing machine works better and my basement is safer because of the excellent work from Companion Plumbing! Best of all: my bill matched the quote.
