Robert and Bobby were here on an emergency call, Saturday afternoon. They were amazing and fixed our water heater tank in no time!!!! They were professional and sweet and very enthusiastic to fix the problem. They did an amazing job…would highly recommend them for their knowledge and service.. lots of respect for Robert for his professionalism, customer service and promptness as well as knowledge about the subject. First time customer. Great experience from beginning to end. Had an emergency pipe issue at 10:30am and called Beacon immediately. They told me I would get a plumber between 12pm-3pm (so quick!) At 3 I got a call from Luis who made his way over quickly after. Luis was extremely kind, thorough, and walked me through the whole process. I called Beacon because I had a shut off valve that had failed. From the moment that Sean R. arrived I knew that I was in good hands. He was polite and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. This simple gesture showed his obvious expertise and helped put my mind at ease. While this wasn’t the cheapest option, the job was done quickly and correctly. I would happily recommend Beacon, and more specifically Sean R., for anyone who needs plumbing services.
