Beacon Plumbing

We had our heat pump stop cooling. I called and Ismael and Brian came out the same day. Super friendly and knowledgeable technicians. The unit was repaired but failed again that evening. I called Beacon back and they sent a different technician. Not my cup of Tea that’s for sure. I needed up calling about the tech and got things cleared up. Ishmael came back out to do a secondary repair. Again super great personality and knowledgeable about what he was doing. The entire staff out of the office in the Federal Way area were so great! We are still working through some minor issues but I absolutely recommend a company that stands by their work!! Thanks so much to Bill! I feel like he made this entire experience so stress free after some rocky moments. Providing superior customer service and personally ensuring a job well done is not common in 2023.

My kitchen sink was not draining properly, and needed the plumber's snake treatment. Deacon was able to dispatch a plumber in one day, and specified an exact 2-hour window. The technician, Dean, called to inform me that he would arrive a little early, and he did so. He described what needed to be done, gave an exact quote, and handled the job very professionally. He was careful to inspect the pipes below the kitchen to insure that there were no leaks. A very well done job. I will engage Deacon again if I need plumbing work, particularly if they can send Dean. I called late in the day and was shocked that Beacon was able to send someone out within the hour to check on the issue. Brett arrived and was extremely professional and though the issue could not be resolved that night he assured me that he would be back in the morning to make the repairs. Brett showed back up the next day and completed the work and restored power to the 4 apartment homes. Brett and his assistant were great! Their communication and professionalism were outstanding. Thank you guys for helping and I look forward to having them work on other projects.
