Cameron and Isaac did a fantastic job with the general inspection of the house for galvanized pipes. They were super knowledgeable and nice. Every little detail was explained to me clearly. I learned so much in a day that I feel like I took a crash course on home plumbing. I cannot recommend this inspection enough to the new homeowners out there, worth it 100%!

The team at Craftsman is incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and down to earth. I left a voicemail and email on a Sunday evening for toilet that wasn’t flushing, they called me first thing in the morning, and coordinated with me, my building manager, and my tenant. They were on site within a couple hours and communicated the issue and various solutions every step of the way. I didn’t feel like there were any hidden fees - everything was super transparent and professional - and reasonably priced.
