I have continually been impressed with how reliable this team is. I had a laundry issue that needed immediate attention and literally within hours I got same day service without being charged a ridiculous amount for it. The communication through text on arrival times, and who is showing up, is a nice touch. Issac arrived on time and was warm, courteous and professional. He also took his time. I can't tell you how much I appreciate when someone says if they aren't 100% sure, and calls their boss to help troubleshoot. Issac was honest and cared deeply about his work. I was able to leave for a meeting and he stayed to finish the job for me. Thank you Isaac! Seriously - don't call anyone else until you talk to Craftsman. They'll be the only one you call every time!

I appreciated Drew's knowledge and manner. His suggestions made a lot of sense. He was precise and careful in assessing potential other leaks and demonstrating why his suggestions were sound. I am not sure I will hire them for the repair as the final bid was higher than others, probably justifiably so (copper pipes vs PEX). Still considering it. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Craftsman Plumbing is terrific! They are friendly, reliable, flexible and the work they do is excellent. We had them do a variety of plumbing jobs including installing a new pedestal sink and faucet, adding a flange to our toilet, replacing an old lead sewage pipe with a new, modern pipe, and more. They did a great job on everything and they left the spaces immaculate. Monty and Garrett were the team working on our house and I can’t say enough good things about both of them.
