Evergreen Home Heating and Energy

I’ve referred them multiple times in the past and I regret it! The person who gave a quote and made sure the inspections passed was fantastic along with all people I’ve spoken with at their office, but the work done is dangerous! We’re in the middle of renovating and found out they didn’t follow code and had cut through the sheathing of the wiring! They also damaged the pressure valve at the compressor and my husband had to order a replacement piece. My husband did a pressure test and found that one of the units had a leak (leaking nitrogen). Absolutely ridiculous for the price paid. Avoid Evergreen if you want to avoid an electrical fire in your home and want quality work.

Our A/C had stopped working and I called Evergreen after seeing so many positive reviews. They were able to fit us into their schedule right away. Our technician, Kody, was excellent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. I really appreciated his clear communication and how hard he worked to make the necessary repair and then confirm that everything was working properly. They communicate well while setting up the appointment and scheduled it promptly. The technician arrived on time, worked quickly, and laid out the reasonable options and recommendations. He was also super friendly and walked me through what he was thinking. All of this was at a really reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for more, and I'll be calling them back if I ever need anything in the future.
