Krystal did an amazing job reattaching a pipe on our sink that leaked, clearing a perpetual clog and replacing broken sink stoppers. Krystal was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! While we knew the small gas line job we needed done was simple, we also didn’t want to blow up our house, so we called in the professional. And Fate totally fit that role. He was super responsive the morning of our appointment and understood that we had an unexpected time constraint later in day. He let us know we were third on schedule and he’d be in touch if he was running long on the first two jobs. He showed up mid-day, offered a fair estimate, and got to work. Quick as can be, we now have an uncapped gas line with no leaks and a working fire pit! Great company to work with and Fate was friendly and professional. Will definitely be giving them a call when we have the not so easy jobs too!

Dan replaced the pump located in a difficult to reach location without any unnecessary disassembly or additional replacement parts needed. Dan’s attention to detail cleaning the parts for reassembly made it clear he knew his trade well and knew how to make this a quality and permanent repair. His estimate was spot on and the time required for the repair was accurate.
