Exact Electric

I had Exact Electric install track lighting in my store. The project was supposed to be pretty straightforward, but we ran into some road blocks along the way that required more work. James and the crew stuck by and finished the project until the end and were 150% reliable. We needed electrical heating vents repaired and had gotten either the runaround or ghosted entirely by many other businesses all winter, leaving us with a very cold main floor. Exact Electric was the only company that continued to respond to our initial request. They were booked pretty far out but at this point we would take what we could get so we got on the schedule. Luckily they kept their word about looking out for earlier availability they could get for us and let us know about a cancellation so we were able to have them come out much sooner than expected, within about a week of initially signing our contract. We were a little nervous about the required minimum hours as we weren't sure how long the repair would take but they did end up using enough of it that it wasn't an issue. And we'd rather have the repairs done than continue waiting who knows how long. The repairman was a bit late but he did call us to let us know so I don't hold it against him since we were kept in the loop.

Exact is the only electrical company we will be using for our future projects. They were friendly, informative and very helpful with identifying long term solutions for our problems.
