Exact Electric

Eric from Exact Electric came with an outstanding attitude. We wanted quite a lot of work done, of which one part was making it so the kitchen light switch could control the kitchen hood lights as well as the ceiling lights. A different electric firm had come to bid on the work and said "sorry, can't do this". Eric from Exact Electric came next and said "Everything is possible and it just depends on cost. I have some good ideas on how to make it work. This is exciting. I'll be planning out ideas tonight". The work went well. The electrician was able to find and fix my issue. My only problem would be that I'd asked for an estimate to replace the light fixture and I'm still waiting almost two weeks later. Service: Light fixture repair

We needed electrical heating vents repaired and had gotten either the runaround or ghosted entirely by many other businesses all winter, leaving us with a very cold main floor. Exact Electric was the only company that continued to respond to our initial request. They were booked pretty far out but at this point we would take what we could get so we got on the schedule. Luckily they kept their word about looking out for earlier availability they could get for us and let us know about a cancellation so we were able to have them come out much sooner than expected, within about a week of initially signing our contract. We were a little nervous about the required minimum hours as we weren't sure how long the repair would take but they did end up using enough of it that it wasn't an issue. And we'd rather have the repairs done than continue waiting who knows how long. The repairman was a bit late but he did call us to let us know so I don't hold it against him since we were kept in the loop.
