Our HVAC system has been serviced by many Phase Heating & Air Conditioning employees, all of whom have been excellent. Don arrived this week for routine maintenance and filter replacement. He examined everything, changed the air filter, disposed of the old one, and thoroughly cleaned the area while being pleasant and effective. I have full faith and confidence in this company and all of its professionals, and would recommend them without hesitation.
They did a great job! They pay attention to the details and are very good at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I called because I am desperate to find a part for an older model home AC and all they said was "Sorry, we aren't selling individual parts." and hung up as I was trying to ask if they could give me a referral to anyone who might. I work in the service industry and would have at least finished listening and tried to assist given that I know my industry far better than anyone who would be calling for help.
