About a week ago I had Gene Johnson Plumbing come out to replace my tankless water heater with one that has a recirculation feature so I can get quick hot water to my kitchen sink (instead of waiting minutes and wasting so much water!), as well as other problems that weren't addressed after buying the house (water condensation leaking from the exhaust as one example). The tech, Chad Hendrix, had the most impeccable attention to detail while installing. He even stained the backboard that supports the tankless water unit so it'd look nice inside my garage!
