We hired HD to help with some clogging/backflow issues with our sewer/drain line The front office was very helpful, informative, and friendly with Q&A and getting us scheduled at a convenient time Jerry (lead) and Nick (apprentice) showed up a few minutes early (!!) for a start of day appointment and were very considerate and patient with our questions throughout the process. They were also very transparent on what we could do on our own if we wanted to save some money for ongoing maintenance (or they also offered related services if we were interested). All in all, they were able to get our issue fixed, educate us on next steps for maintenance and come in UNDER estimate, not charging us for unique equipment they didn't end up using (even after they had it special delivered to our house). Excellent work! We wouldn’t use any other plumber. Ben has been working on our rental house for over 10 years. All his crew are top notch and do amazing work. the pipe work is absolutely beautiful when they’re finished.

They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of getting our shower fixed. From being able to quickly set up a time to have someone come out, to corresponding on texts ahead of time. Michelle and the plumber who they sent out were great to work with - he was in and out within an hour! Service: Shower repair
