When I first called to set up an appointment Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter owner was professional and informative and told me exactly what to expect at the appointment he set up for the following day. The installer was fantastic! He called prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the exact time he was scheduled to. He took great care explaining everything that was required for the installation, gave me a time frame and went to work. Her was personable and professional and did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one and cleaned up as well. All in all they did a great job.

Great service! I called early in the morning and explained my issue. The gentleman gave me honest feedback and scheduled a technician. Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter technician was awesome even able to come earlier than scheduled. He replaced my unit in just a few hours right then. I had someone from Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter come and replace my 14 years old water heater, previously installed by Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter. This is the 4th time using them. Technician arrived on time, explained everything I needed to know, did a beautiful installation and made sure I understood the terms of the warranty. I highly recommend this company.
