When I first called to set up an appointment Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter owner was professional and informative and told me exactly what to expect at the appointment he set up for the following day. The installer was fantastic! He called prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the exact time he was scheduled to. He took great care explaining everything that was required for the installation, gave me a time frame and went to work. Her was personable and professional and did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one and cleaned up as well. All in all they did a great job.

I was a bit grumpy about having to replace our water heater since we are moving soon, but my technician from Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter was amazing. From the moment he got here he was calm and professional. He walked me through every detail about what he was going to replace. He was clear and thoughtful when I asked questions. He was so conscientious about doing the job well and he definitely delivered. I would ask for him every time to do any job I needed. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
