Jafco Plumbing Sewer and Drains

They actually showed up and worked until 3 am on Christmas Eve on a burst pipe that was leaking in the ceiling and messed up the ceiling. It was during the "before Christmas" freeze and finding a plumber was impossible. We couldn't stop the water completely because there was an issue with the main valve that is own by the city (that's another story). So it was crucial that we get a plumber and they showed up, like supermen to save our ceiling. Service: Plumbing leak repair

Like many homeowners in Seattle, we finally had to bite the bullet and replace our 75 year old sewer line from the basement all the way to the street. Jafco was by far the most professional and straightforward bid we received. They were the least expensive for the work to be completed. Other contractors offered a bit lower prices, but would not have replaced all of the parts that needed replacing. Once the work started, they were on-time, professional, and very tidy. This job was messy! It involved a lot of indoor concrete cutting and hauling, but at the end of each day, everything was clean and organized. The workers were nice and polite. Our Project Manager, Max, was great. Super clear in his communications, responsive, and easy to work with. (Plus our dog loved him.) We would highly recommend Jafco and Max! Jafco switched us over from septic to sewer and did an excellent job. Job finished on schedule with no unexpected costs or complications. Josh, the project manager, was fantastic to work with. Excellent communications so I knew what was going on the entire time, and super responsive to all my questions. Luis, the foreman, was also excellent. Super professional, with no mess left behind. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. 100% would hire them again for any plumbing job, big or small.
