Showed up within 4 hours after the phone call. The service tech was very efficient, cleared the blocked sewer without trouble. Price was reasonable, it reflected the equipment investment as well as the response time. Was informed of the cost up front, no surprises there. Service: Sewer cleaning
Needed help replacing a leaking spigot in our garage. They were able to get it done same day (on a Sunday)! Communication was great, they were very accommodating to our needs and repairs were done well and quickly! Will definitely be using them again if we need further plumbing work! Service is to unclog kitchen sink. Called Jim Dandy after two days of clogged sink doing some home remedy and still water doesn’t drain down. Michael is very friendly and hard working. He makes sure he does his work done even how hard it is. When the first time it did not work, he looks through and checks all the possible places and trying again until problem is solved.
