Mostafa showed up on time, first thing in the morning after I called to schedule.. He got right to work. Ours was a little tougher than some others because we had several bends to work around but he was patient and made it work. He shared some tips to prevent future problems. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. He also did a great job cleaning up.

Here's a breakdown of my experience: **Timeliness:** I placed a call to Roto Rooter in the morning around 9 AM, with hopes of a speedy response. However, the technician arrived later in the day at 5:11 PM. While I understand the challenges of maintaining prompt schedules, especially in areas with potentially fewer technicians, this did cause some inconvenience in terms of waiting time. **Billing & Transparency:** I was billed a total of $996.63, and while the invoice was provided to me, I noticed it lacked the original work order I had signed prior to the work. Such oversights can create confusion, and I hope to receive a copy of the signed work order for my records. **Labor Charges:** Despite the technician's service duration being from 5:11 PM to 5:45 PM, a mere 34 minutes, the labor charges seemed on the steeper side. We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. We used them to fix a pretty significant plumbing issue and water damage mitigation.
