I have purchased simple stuff from them before. I spoke to them this year at the boat show in Seattle. What an amazing bunch of helpful people. I ended up purchasing a new refrigerator. I live on a boat in Alaska. I have a very high hours Webasto heater in need of replacement and increased output. I have only a very low budget to combat the high hours with. I found a unit which was not the same vintage, nor the same output as my old one. Steve Ode corresponded with me via several emails as to how to interface this unit to the controls I have currently installed and got me switched over for a more than reasonable price.
