Jim & Chris communicated very well when they had an emergency call that they needed to handle first, my job was not urgent and I was flexible. They let me know when they were arriving. They went above and beyond in installing my water softener by pass, marked the direction of the water flow and showed me how to activate the bypass. Jim has been maintaining my plumbing for several years. Herdman Plumbing has very responsive and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

I had water leaking in my garage and couldn't tell where it was coming from. I was stressing and kept using the shop AC to suck up the water. So I called Herdman Plumbing and to my surprise, they said they will be at my house in less than an hour. 30 minutes later they show up and figure out where the water is coming from, remove the old busted fitting, and replace it with a much better, safer connection. They did everything so quickly and efficiently, while explaining to me what happened and why (Bottom line: poor craftsmanship from previous owner). The two plumbers, Michael and Jerry, were so professional, kind and respectful. I was amazed at how well they worked together as a team. It went so much quicker and smoother. I really appreciate these guys and Herdman Plumbing and would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Dale, the service representative from Herdman Plumbing was perfect. He was quick to come out and estimate a fair price, and then install a new water heater. He knew what he was doing, teaching a young man as well. I couldn’t help but feel confident in the quality of the service as well as quality of materials used.
