I called All Heating and they were able to get me a same day appointment with a technician, Jesus arrived within the expected time window (and gave me a call 30min ahead), and fixed my defective control module for my fireplace. He was helpful, professional, and very informative. He even looked at a few other things while out even thought he could have easily said no. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! When our fireplace stopped working we called to have our fireplace looked at and they responded quickly. Jesus was fantastic, professional, helpful, and personable. He wore booties to keep things clean on the carpet and even had a carpet he put the pieces on so they wouldn't get the floor dirty. He arrived on time and was very communicative before he arrived and walked us through everything he was doing with our fireplace. When he found things that needed to be repaired, he explained in a way we could understand about how it worked and why it failed. I highly recommend Jesus and All Heating.
