From the first call to this company to the end of service was pleased with everything. Mitch came out and worked on my fireplace as well as my furnace. Mitch was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was patient with all my questions and concerns and addressed all of them. He went above and beyond to fix an issue I had. When our fireplace stopped working we called to have our fireplace looked at and they responded quickly. Jesus was fantastic, professional, helpful, and personable. He wore booties to keep things clean on the carpet and even had a carpet he put the pieces on so they wouldn't get the floor dirty. He arrived on time and was very communicative before he arrived and walked us through everything he was doing with our fireplace. When he found things that needed to be repaired, he explained in a way we could understand about how it worked and why it failed. I highly recommend Jesus and All Heating.
