Lifetime Heating, Cooling and Electric

They have come out several times on emergency to fix our furnace. Each time they have quoted a different problem ranging from power issues with the home, thermostat to broken sequencers. They replaced both sequencers that likely didn’t need to be replaced and we’re back at square one with a non functioning furnace 1 month later. I found a burnt wire in the furnace after their shoddy work and have called another company. The customer service and office are friendly but the techs aren’t properly trained. Wasted several hours of my time and lots of money. The tech actually suggested I get the furnace completely replaced to fix the issue. If you have an electric furnace, I’d recommend not wasting your time/money on Lifetime. EDIT: We had a few other companies come out and ask why Lifetime had installed an AC with our resistance heating furnace instead of installing a heat pump - they shared that this was an inefficient installation which should not have been done in the first place.
