Alpine Roof Care

Alpine Roof Care was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had three bids and Alpine Roof was in the middle. They did their bid estimate using Google Earth and I had neglected to tell Angela to include the pool house roof too. When I called to approve the estimate and schedule the work, I mentioned the pool house and said I had no problem with her revising the bid to include the pool house. I got an email back saying Victor would be the technician and the project would be scheduled for Wednesday. There would be no addition charge for the pool house. Victor arrived on time and got straight to work. He was a little concerned that there were 10 skylights and wanted me to let him know if any were leaking during the cleaning process. He first used a backpack blower then the high-water low-pressure wand. The project took about 5 hours nonstop. Victor applied moss treatment to roof.
