LOOK NO FURTHER! Brandon came out same day I contacted him. He was incredibly professional, he did a great job and his prices are SO FAIR!! He is super honest and knowledgable, and will explain everything he's doing as he goes. Backstory: So...I had a clogged line and had a different plumber out (NOT Limitless!) the day before who didn't fix the clog! He took my toilet off the base and left it like that (I had to re-install it myself!!), he broke my outdoor spigot (I had to fix that too!!), and he charged me $450 to run a jetter for 10 minutes. Then he told me it would be another $1800 (in addition to the $450) for him to return the next day to finish the job. Such a ripoff!! Needless to say, I did NOT call him back. So the next day was a Saturday. Mine line was still clogged which meant I couldn't run any water in my house. I contacted Brandon in the morning and he came to help me that afternoon, on a weekend! Our gutter drainage system became clogged and we had Brandon check it out. Brandon and a coworker arrived on time, assessed the problem and got to work. I primarily spoke to Brandon who was polite, personable and professional. They ended up digging around the drainage system pipes, drilled a hole in the piping and cleared the clog with a water pressure system. Brandon installed a clean-out pipe should the problem occur again. Brandon cleaned up the area where he did the digging. The repair bill was appropriate and I would highly recommend Brandon’s business.

Highly recommend Brandon for your plumbing needs! I called them in the morning with a backed up sewer line. He and Jim arrived that same day, on time and the price he quoted without even looking at the job was the price I paid. The job ended up being a bit more than what was expected, however I was not charged anything additional. Both guys were courteous, professional and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Will definitely call on them again the next time I need plumbing assistance. Thanks guys!
